Planner/GIS Technician - The Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce, a council of governments, seeks a Planner / GIS Technician to conduct land use and natural resource planning activities in the Columbia River estuary. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in regional or urban planning, geography or related field, or a bachelor’s degree and two years relevant experience.
